de Sede is one of the most traditional Swiss furniture manufacturers in the premium segment. For 60 years, de Sede has been developing, producing and upholstering high-quality furniture in Klingnau, Switzerland, furnishing living spaces and public buildings worldwide with exclusive furniture.

A creative, implementation-strong personality who thinks along, contributes ideas and is ready to take responsibility. We are now looking for reinforcement from now or by arrangement for our marketing team:

Marketing Allrounder (m/f/d) 60-80% - (limited to one year)

What to expect:

You are part of a small, creative and committed team and actively shape our brand communication, digitally, analog and directly on site.

Your tasks:

• Planning and organisation of trade fairs as well as customer and team events
• Conceptualisation and implementation of diverse marketing projects, from designing our showroom to developing new POS concepts.
• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns from the initial idea to the finished appearance.
• Creation and publication of online and offline content for website, newsletter, brochures and other channels
• Further development of our social media concepts in collaboration with our agency
• Planning and implementation of PR and press activities
• Coordination of external agencies, service providers and partners
• Ensuring a consistent brand appearance across all relevant touchpoints
• Supervision and support of a trainee in the marketing area

What you bring with you:

• Experience in the conception and organisation of events, ideally also larger events
• Experience in marketing, communication and/or content area, ideally 3-5 years
• A pronounced sense for design, aesthetics and storytelling.
• Understanding of how brands work across different digital and analogue channels
• Confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
• Interest in AI and new digital tools and enthusiasm to use them sensibly and creatively
• Independent working style, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork, as well as with external agencies and partners
• High quality standards
• Very good German and English skills, ideally complemented by French and Italian skills
