The core of your work:

• Creating, coordinating and monitoring forecasts and budgets for all business areas of PPS (locally VSG, then Bern).

• Business partnering for the central departments of PPS

• Analysis, understanding and preparation of profit and loss accounts as well as KPIs / dashboards / automations in the various business areas (e.g. market share analysis, personnel statistics, etc.).

• Creating dashboards, automating reports and BI solutions.

• Coordinating and monitoring financial reports (monthly and annual accounts) in the retail segment (VSG and later Bern) with a synthetic and analytical view.

• Managing and overseeing projects that are a priority for the unit and the retail segment.

• Higher commercial education (university of applied sciences, university, etc.)

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge and experience in retail are an advantage.

• Experience in a corporate group is an advantage.

• Entrepreneurial and team spirit, analytical thinking, initiative, proactive action and sense of responsibility.

• Dynamic, motivated, reliable and efficient person.

• Proficiency in common IT tools: MS Office Suite especially Excel (advanced level), good understanding of ERP (SAP) and knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Power Pivot etc.).

• Financial and accounting knowledge (balance sheet, profit and loss, IFRS).

• Experience and knowledge of retail and working methods in a large corporation.

• Your language skills in German (B2), French (B2) and English (at least B2) allow you to communicate adequately in writing and orally with stakeholders.
