What you bring with you
- You are flexible, hands-on, and remain confident even in a dynamic 3-shift operation - new tools like MES or SAP do not deter you.
- You know production from your own experience - as a certified plant operator EFZ or food technologist EFZ.
- The food industry is your home - ideally, you even have experience in the dairy sector.
- You think and act technically: You understand what is behind the equipment (e.g. pneumatics, sensors, motors), recognise connections, and are able not only to fix disruptions but truly understand them.
- You lead people with clarity and respect and create an environment where collaboration works.
