What I drive
- You ensure machine capability and improve existing systems
- You stabilize processes and drive new manufacturing solutions forward
- You create and maintain bills of materials, work plans, and manufacturing data in SAP
- You accompany new products until series release
- You further develop our PCB design rules (DFM)
- Technical studies or completed training in electrical engineering, mechatronics / systems engineering, production engineering / manufacturing engineering, or equivalent
- We expect several years of professional experience in programming and optimizing SMT and THT systems
- Practical experience in Lean or Six Sigma methods is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for process improvement
