Vice-Principal 80 - 100%A newly created position as Vice-Principal is to be filled at the start of the spring semester 2027.
The Kantonsschule Rychenberg Winterthur is a grammar school with classical and modern language profiles and the PPP profile, a bilingual Matura course in German / English, as well as a specialised secondary school with profiles in Pedagogy and Communication and Information. With 1250 pupils, of whom 275 attend the specialised secondary school, KRW is one of the larger schools in the canton. Further information can be found on our website (www.krw.ch).

Your profile
- communicative and team-oriented personality with confident demeanour, experienced in dealing with pupils, parents, teachers and staff in administration and operations
- high commitment, resilience, organisational talent and leadership skills
- knowledge of the curriculum of Zurich secondary schools
- completed university degree, teaching diploma for Matura schools, teaching experience at secondary level II in a subject taught at KRW
- certificate as a school principal or willingness to obtain one
Your tasks
- supervision and leadership of year groups in the specialised secondary school and grammar school
- participation in school management and development, representation of the school towards pupils, parents, authorities and at conferences
- supervision and leadership of some departments including personnel planning and evaluation of teachers
- planning and supervision of projects
- committee work
- teaching 10 lessons per week
