Work Coordinator
Overhead Line Specialization
Your mission
Reporting to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you ensure, through effective coordination, the monitoring and smooth progress of maintenance, renewal, and development (extension and adaptation) works of the fixed infrastructures of the public transport network (overhead line, 600V DC traction network, railway track, and equipment at stops) by meeting external and internal needs and defending the company's interests with a view to preserving this heritage.
Your main responsibilities
• Participate in the planning, monitoring, and proper execution of maintenance, replacement, modification, and extension works of the overhead line and 600V network equipment in connection with maintenance services,
• work in tandem with a project manager, according to a clear and defined division of responsibilities,
• coordinate field interventions in connection with contracted companies and internal services,
• contribute to the management of equipment at stops, with a sectoral division between coordinators and the rotating responsibility for an annual stage,
• participate in emergency management and routine coordination tasks,
• ensure the updating of operational monitoring tools (schedules, dashboards, reports).
Your profile
• Federal VET Diploma in electrical engineering, civil engineering draftsman or reinforced concrete, or equivalent qualification,
• confirmed experience of at least 5 years in construction work and project coordination in civil engineering infrastructure,
• excellent ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders,
• professional and constructive attitude, open to exchanges and feedback in a spirit of continuous improvement,
• open and cooperative attitude, favoring collaboration,
• comfortable with new technologies: digital tools, 3D models, BIM, etc.,
• initiative and versatility, taste for fieldwork, pragmatism, and solution orientation,
• ability to work in synergy with other internal services and external partners, in a spirit of cooperation.
