Would you like to use your organizational talent and expertise to ensure that our Spitex clients are optimally cared for at all times – even outside office hours? Then you are in the right place! For our Spitex Planning Center Senevita Casa in Muri b. Bern, we are looking for committed employees for 20-50% positions for the telephone on-call service in the home office.
Your Important Contribution
- Your commitment makes an impact – even from behind the scenes: With your support in the on-call telephone service, you help ensure that our Spitex deployments run smoothly. This way, you contribute to people remaining independent at home.
- You answer phone calls, analyze the situation, and quickly find solutions.
- You coordinate replacements in case of short-term staff absences to ensure smooth Spitex operations.
- You pass on important information precisely and quickly to the right people.
- You respond flexibly and solution-oriented to requests from clients and employees.
- You document your activities in writing to ensure the flow of information and service quality even during office hours on site.
The deployment times are:
Monday to Friday: 06:00–08:00 and 17:00–22:00
Weekend: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00
This is How You Enrich Our Team
- Experience in the Spitex sector or healthcare (e.g., FaGe, certified nursing professional)
- Very good IT skills (Windows, Office, Internet)
- Organizational talent, independence, and a solution-oriented attitude
- Enjoyment of telephone contact with clients and employees
- Very good German skills and basic knowledge of French
