Are you interested in being active outdoors and want to know everything about outdoor equipment? Do you enjoy interacting with customers and experiencing adventures?Then we have a suitable apprenticeship for you as a Retail Specialist Creating Shopping Experiences Sports Articles (EFZ, with or without vocational maturity) (m/f/d) in Lucerne starting from August 1, 2026.
YOUR FUTURE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
You will learn:- to advise our customers in Lucerne for their adventures
- to get to know our extensive outdoor range (from clothing to mountain sports to shoes) in detail
- to help design and maintain the sales area
- to understand the flow of goods and work on it
- to get to know Transa and gain insights into various areas (such as purchasing, online shop, marketing, sales)

- Being outdoors – on foot, by bike, on skis, or hanging on a rock. That interests you.
- Curious to meet different people and their travel destinations as well as to advise our customers on their adventures. Sounds exciting!
