Your qualifications

• Qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry and at least two years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry
• Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
• Responsible personality with high self- and social competence and an independent working style
• Proficient in IT
• Driving licence category B (ideally own car available)
• A companion dog is warmly welcome

Your field of expertise

• You ensure professional psychiatric and psychosocial care and support of our clients.
• You take over case management of the clients assigned to you.
• You design case management intra- and interdisciplinarily and promote networking of all parties involved.
• You create situation analyses or nursing diagnoses to plan the necessary measures.
• You maintain a recovery-oriented view of humanity and have genuine interest in people and their life situation.
• You actively shape the psychiatry area and contribute innovative solutions.
