Company Description
The Office for Economic Affairs of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.avw.llv.li) is responsible for the areas of economy and labour. We manage the topics of trade, location promotion, working conditions, goods traffic, competition law, consumer protection, intellectual property law, research and development, energy, as well as casinos. Furthermore, we are responsible for employment services and unemployment insurance.
The Legal Department of the Office for Economic Affairs, with its Public Economic Law division, performs the tasks of an internal legal service. It centrally handles the clarification of legal questions as well as support in administrative procedures. In addition, legislative proposals within the office's area of responsibility are developed.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Answering questions in general and special administrative law
- Conducting legal clarifications
- Participating in projects, processing legislative procedures, and accompanying digitalisation initiatives
- Reviewing and drafting contracts
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised by the following for this position:
- Completed studies in law
- Professional experience in administration, at court, or in a law firm
- Knowledge of EU/EEA law
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good English skills
- Liechtenstein citizenship desired
