For assignments in the regions of Bern, Solothurn and Central Switzerland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for Shunting Assistants Cat. Ai as well as Train Drivers Cat. B100.
Area of responsibility
Shunting Assistant Cat. Ai:
- Carrying out and accompanying shunting movements
- Safe coupling and uncoupling of vehicles
- Support in the provision and shifting of vehicles and train compositions
- Compliance with applicable safety and operating regulations
Train Driver Cat. B100:
- Independent and safe operation of traction vehicles within the scope of driving authorisation Cat. B100
- Carrying out shunting movements as well as provision and shifting of vehicles
- Carrying out preparatory, control and finishing work on the vehicles used
- Detecting irregularities and faults and initiating the necessary measures
For both roles:
- High safety and sense of responsibility
- Reliable cooperation with construction management, dispatch, safety authorities and other parties involved
- Responsible handling of vehicles, work equipment and infrastructure
Your profile
- Corresponding BAV authorisation Cat. Ai or B100
- Proof of medical and psychological fitness according to applicable regulations
- High safety and sense of responsibility
- Independent, reliable and careful working method
- Willingness to work flexible hours as well as night and weekend shifts
