About the job
The KAST/AM specialist office (Cantonal Office/Labor Market) is responsible for all matters concerning the Glarus labor market, especially the enforcement of the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG).
We are looking for a
Student Assistant 20–40 %
immediately or by arrangement for one to two years with the workplace in Glarus.
Tasks
- Support in the enforcement of the Unemployment Insurance Act
- Support with enforcement tasks in the areas of the Employment Services Act, acquisition of real estate by persons abroad, and consumer credit
- Contact person for internal and external unemployment law and labor law questions
- Statistical preparation of labor market data
- Assistance with labor market projects
Requirements
- Started bachelor's degree after vocational training or completed bachelor's degree
- Interest in economic and labor law topics and contexts
- First work experience in a similar context
- Solid Office skills
- A flair for numbers and statistical issues
- Independent and precise, structured way of working
- Fluency in oral and written expression
