About the job

We are looking for a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and optimisation of the site's technical installations. -

BUILDING & INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Federal VET Diploma in a technical building field or equivalent training
A Federal VET Diploma as a sanitary installer is an advantage
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Good command of common IT tools
Knowledge of CMMS and BMS: an advantage
Forklift and aerial work platform licences
Good physical condition
Autonomy, responsiveness, and sense of responsibility Maintain and inspect HVAC installations as well as equipment related to infrastructures
Perform machine connections: industrial water, pneumatics, and ventilation
Participate in relocations and installation of production machines
Intervene in case of critical breakdowns
Monitor and carry out building-related projects
Contribute to the optimisation of equipment and technical installations
