For our successful team in Chur, we are looking for a new team member per . In this varied and exciting position, you will be on the move on behalf of ISS in the various properties of one of our main customers and ensure the operation and maintenance of the real estate.

Your comprehensive know-how and your high service understanding are in demand with us because the trouble-free operation of our customers has top priority!

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

- Contact person for customers and suppliers for all concerns
- General caretaker duties such as inspection rounds or carrying out minor repairs
- Operating and monitoring technical systems (HVAC and building control systems)
- Documentation of operational processes and fault analysis
- Execution of maintenance and repair work or coordination with external service providers
- Assistance with minor conversion, expansion, and renovation work
- Responsible for the electrical safety concept of the systems
- Responsibility for reporting
- Quality control of maintenance and cleaning work
- On-call duty readiness

YOU CONVINCE US WITH:

- Completed basic vocational training EFZ, mandatory as an electrical installer or electrician
- NIV 15 connection permit is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in building automation, building control, and automation systems
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills
- High degree of personal responsibility
- Commitment and strong customer orientation
- Impeccable reputation
- Driver's license category B
- Confident German and good MS Office skills
