What you will achieve
- Leading the project resources assigned to you and monitoring their efficient use
- Developing solution proposals and assisting with concepts for the site manager
- Supporting the development of detailed solutions and their representation in CAD
- Supervising subcontractors on site
- Ordering materials in consultation with the site manager
- Reporting deviations to the site manager
- Ensuring the professional execution of work on site
- Ensuring task-related work preparation
- Proactive coordination with internal and external parties
- Participating in construction meetings in consultation with the site manager
- Preparing time sheets
- Preparing measurements
- Ensuring the implementation of occupational safety requirements and rules
- Implementing environmental protection requirements
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Why you will succeed
- Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), foreman or forewoman training, or foreman qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a carpenter, foreman or forewoman
- Experience in the construction execution of timber construction projects
- Experience in dealing with clients
- Knowledge of CAD planning
- Good communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership experience
