Your Tasks

• Independent planning and execution of maintenance and repair work on mechanical systems and equipment such as: lift systems, automatic doors and gates, pneumatic tube system, all washing and cleaning technology, gas supply, as well as production systems for medical and technical compressed air, therapy and treatment couches, patient beds, large kitchen appliances, etc.
• Regular inspection of the aforementioned systems
• Commissioning and supervision of external service providers
• Management and documentation of maintenance in the facility management tool
• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations in this area

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a plant and apparatus builder, electromechanic, mechanical engineer or similar with experience in welding
• You have several years of experience in service or maintenance and repair of mechanical systems in industry or healthcare
• Ideally, you also have experience in automation technology and in supporting systems and applications
• Experience with a facility management tool (preferably waveware) is an advantage
• You possess good IT user skills and can quickly handle new applications
• You are willing to perform on-call duties (requires a maximum travel time of 30 minutes)
