Negishi Urban Susi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue in Basel on Stänzlergasse is one of the few with a so-called Kaiten, also known as a sushi conveyor belt, and offers over 80 seats indoors and 32 additional seats outdoors.

Your talents & experience:
You love working with guests and making their lives more colourful 🍹
You have a basic gastronomy education or something comparable under your belt 🎓
Work experience? Of course, you have a few years behind you and bring skills 💼
Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, even better 🚀
Technology does not scare you: you have PC skills and are familiar with digital tools 💻
