About the job
Your Tasks
- Leadership and training responsibility for students, apprentices, and interns
- Professional leadership of the educational officers (BB) on ward G1
- Member of the K+ team, responsible for achieving the stage-appropriate training goals of the trainees
- Support of the ward management and the specialist managers with didactic-methodical competence to achieve the corporate division goals.
- Conducting internal training sessions at PBL
- Coordination and collaboration with the responsible BBV, the BBs, ward management, specialist managers, and trainees regarding training status, planning, as well as information and concerns of the respective stakeholders
- Responsibility for implementing the training concept (learning island model) on the wards with support from the responsible BBV
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- SVEB 1 or motivation to complete this further training
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting apprentices and students as a vocational trainer
- Pedagogical skills, enjoyment of working in practical vocational training
- Leadership competence and organizational talent
- Desire and ability for close collaboration and shared responsibility at the interfaces between ward management, educational responsibility, and specialist responsibility.
