Director of the EP Payerne-Corcelles and Surroundings

As the director of your establishment, you are responsible for its smooth operation and the implementation of cantonal policies in the pedagogical, organisational, financial and human resources fields. You contribute to the implementation and functioning of the regional coordination organisation decided by the competent authorities. You supervise the establishment's staff and promote a culture of collaboration and exchange among all the school's stakeholders.

• Management of recruitment, integration and evaluation processes of your team, in accordance with departmental guidelines
• Mobilisation, development and support of teams while ensuring the alignment of skills with expected services
• Coordination and planning of the establishment's various activities, ensuring the adaptation of its services to pupils' needs
• Guarantee of teaching quality, respecting curricula and current legislation
• Promotion within the establishment of an attitude aimed at the success and inclusion of pupils under your responsibility
• Organise and lead the establishment's management council

• Pedagogical training recognised by the canton of Vaud, supplemented by certified continuing professional education
• CAS in administration and management of training institutions (FORDIF) desired and required if not completed before starting the position
• In-depth knowledge of the Vaud school system and its pedagogical dimension
• Ability to develop a school culture, proven managerial skills, excellent communication and ease in conflict management, analytical and synthesis skills, openness to change and innovative projects
• Proficiency in common IT tools (additional assets)
