Head Chef (m/f/d) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- You lead the kitchen with passion, take responsibility and are actively involved in day-to-day operations
- You inspire and develop your team and ensure quality, efficiency and a positive team culture
- With creative ideas, you bring fresh wind to the menu and continually delight our guests.
- You are responsible for offer planning, product presentation, costing as well as ordering and budgeting
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 18:00 (depending on shift) / occasional weekend shifts
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Cook with a Federal VET Diploma and ideally have further training as a Head Chef with a Federal Diploma as well as experience in a similar position
- Initial leadership experience helps you to successfully motivate and develop your team
- You are confident with digital tools and familiar with costing and inventory management
- You are a committed team player with a hands-on mentality and high social competence
- Quality, hospitality and culinary arts are close to your heart
- Very good German skills and an impeccable reputation complete your profile
