About the job
As the overall leader, you build trust and continuously develop the established and very well-positioned organisation conceptually and service-oriented!
Our client is Spitex Uri in Schattdorf, the cantonal Spitex organisation with a service mandate from the Health Directorate. The lively and steadily growing operation, now with 150 employees, cares for clients in the valley and on the mountain. High-quality services, respectful treatment of the people being cared for, and a strong team culture among each other are important pillars in leadership. Due to the upcoming early retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for you as a personally convincing, committed, and competent
Overall Management Personality (80 – 100 %)
Together with the Head of Finance & Administration and Head of Core Services & Specialist Areas, you ensure the operational management and organisation of Spitex Uri according to business management principles. You and your team ensure that the population of the canton of Uri benefits from needs-based, effective, economical, and quality-assured outpatient care and support. Furthermore, you address current societal and healthcare topics and develop further sustainable service offerings. You ensure collaboration with authorities, healthcare institutions, associations, and other partners – this also includes active participation in the "Long-term Care Project Uri". You work closely with the board on all these topics and actively maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders such as authorities, universities of applied sciences, and other Spitex-related organisations.
We are looking for a business-savvy individual with higher education and several years of successful leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally from the service or healthcare-related environment. You think and act entrepreneurially, are open to new developments, and practise an appreciative leadership style combined with promoting a high degree of personal responsibility. You communicate thoughtfully and clearly, are resilient, familiar with political procedures and processes, and distinguished by high loyalty, integrity, and trustworthiness. Flexibility, willingness to change, and joy in shaping complete your profile.
If this exciting challenge appeals to you, we look forward to your application!
