- Economic deployment planning of our service technicians and meter readers
- Coordination and agreements with caretakers, administrations, residents, owners, and installers
- Scheduling of readings, renewal projects, service orders, or commissioning
- Technical, telephone customer consultations
- Ongoing monitoring of appointment and order situation

- Commercial training with a technical flair or technical vocational training with further education in the commercial field
- High customer orientation, reliability, and team spirit
- Likeable, communicative manner and enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
