Your tasks
- Support in monitoring, analyzing, and assessing complex cases related to the prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud detection
- Timely processing of in-depth clarifications in telephone customer contact
- Quality assurance of special cases within the team
- Support with administrative tasks
- Optimization of processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Training of employees in AML processes (increasing the "first-time-right" rate)
What you bring
- Completed banking training and/or solid experience in compliance
- High customer orientation as well as experience with in-depth clarifications in telephone customer contact
- Very good German and French skills; English or other languages are an advantage
- High commitment, initiative, and strong sense of responsibility
- Precise working style, very good analytical skills, and interconnected thinking
- Self-initiative, curiosity, and digital affinity
