The Bäretswil care home is an operation of Spitex Bäretswil, an innovative, future-oriented company in the Zurich Oberland.

In addition to home care, Spitex Bäretswil offers a care home with round-the-clock support and nursing. 22 elderly people find a comfortable, family-like home here with individual support and security.

To support our care team, we are looking for you, immediately or by arrangement.

Deputy Team Leader Care Home Dipl. Nurse

Your tasks

• Supporting the team leader in daily care as well as organisational tasks
• Deputising for the team leader during absences
• Active participation in team leadership, enabling & supporting staff
• Resource- and goal-oriented care of our residents
• Planning, coordination & controlling of care classification

What you bring

• HF/FH qualified nurse or equivalent training recognised by the SRK
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Further training in RAI-NH/interRAI LTCF or willingness to complete it
• Warm, communicative, responsible
• Practical-organisational skills
