In our service area with 25,000 inhabitants, we provide around 24,000 hours of service annually in the areas of treatment care, basic care, and domestic services – professionally, warmly, and committed.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a
Psychiatric Nurse HF 40-80%
Our psychiatry team currently consists of 6 people. We
- are responsible for outpatient care in our catchment area
- plan and organise our core business ourselves
- can arrange our working hours individually
- have no manager, but changing tasks and roles within the team
- are jointly responsible in the team for new colleagues
- attach great importance to self-responsibility
Your future tasks
- You take on your own clients and are responsible for professionally sound psychiatric care and nursing, as well as preventive support in the clients’ familiar environment. If necessary, you also support the relatives of your clients.
- You are responsible for case management of your clients from the beginning to the end of the support. This includes, among other things, conducting needs assessments and collaborating with therapists, clinics, doctors, and other involved professionals.
- You are responsible for the nursing process of your clients.
- You take on individual leadership tasks in consultation with the team.
Formal requirements:
- Of course, completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing

- Flexibility regarding the design of your own working methods.
- Ability to reflect and a conscious professional approach to closeness and distance in collaboration with your clients
- Desire to take responsibility in the process with your own clients and independent decision-making ability within this framework. For this, you can engage with people and have an interest in accompanying various recovery processes.
- Willingness to change in the process with the team, which for us also includes conflict competence.
- A pinch of humour.
- The ability to take a stand or the willingness to learn this, honesty and authenticity.
- Openness to accompany people with different backgrounds.
