We are looking for a leader with heart and conviction for one of our teams in the IT portfolio "Financing". You will take on the personnel management of 18 employees, divided into two DevOps teams: "Wombat" develops integrated software solutions for specialised financing, "MAINiacs" is responsible for solutions in the area of processing & portfolio management.
In this dual role, you will lead your team not only professionally and personally, but also actively drive self-organisation as Scrum Master of the DevOps team "Wombat".

Your Responsibilities
- Leading 18 employees in two DevOps teams including apprentices
- Coaching and further developing your team within the framework of "Performance & Development"
- Taking on the Scrum Master role in the DevOps team "Wombat"
- Supporting your team organisationally, methodically and substantively in implementing the DevOps approach
- Participating in cross-departmental working groups and committees
Your Profile
- Higher education in IT (University of Applied Sciences, University, ETH) or comparable qualification in (business) informatics
- Several years of experience with agile methods, especially Scrum
- Several years of experience as a software engineer and/or integrator of software solutions
- Practical experience in leading and supporting employees
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and confident appearance in stakeholder management
- Empathy, team spirit and the conviction that shared success is more important than one’s own spotlight
