You can make a difference
- Support in the further development/optimisation of the overarching risk management system, the related processes, standards and methods
- Assistance in the planning, coordination and maintenance of risk management
- Execution, accompaniment and monitoring of risk identification/assessment at group level as well as in the individual business units
- Recording, monitoring and follow-up of risks, measures and control activities with reporting on progress and issues affecting implementation
- Maintenance of the risk management tool used, evaluation of dashboards and support in periodic risk reporting
- Periodic risk assessment and classification of the country list valid for RUAG according to international indices (corruption, fragility/stability etc.) for export-controlled goods
- Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of risk boards (including third party management in sales) in coordination with the decentralised sales organisation
- Support in the planning and implementation of awareness measures and training in the area of risk management
- Representation of the Chief Risk Officer in internal boards and committees
You bring with you
- Degree in business studies (FH/HF level) or technical degree with business management further education
- Training/continuing education in risk management
- Initial professional experience in risk management or a comparable function, ideally in an industrial environment
- Experience with governance, risk and compliance systems (GRC) as well as understanding of requirements in safety-critical and politically sensitive environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of common risk management standards (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO etc.) as well as export control (export-controlled goods) is an advantage
- Willingness to participate in interdisciplinary change projects in the field of risk management
- Strong analytical, conceptual and networked thinking skills
- Structured, reliable, independent and solution-oriented working style
- High initiative, resilience and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Very good German and English skills
