Your tasks
- Nutrition therapy for inpatients at the acute hospital with medicine, surgery, acute geriatrics and palliative care ward as well as the aarReha Schinznach location Zofingen and their outpatient follow-up care
- Outpatient care of patients at dialysis, oncology, wound consultation and in the nursing centre
- Collaboration in the development of interprofessional treatment concepts and in internal hospital projects and training
- Conducting internal and external further training and lecture activities
Your profile
- Completed training as a nutritionist BSc Nutrition and Dietetics
- Enjoyment of nutritional counselling activities and interprofessional collaboration
- Reliable and flexible person with a team-oriented as well as independent working style
- Work experience in the specialist fields desirable but not mandatory
