Merbag Immobilien employs a team of around 30 people and is looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent and motivated person as Property Manager Owner Side 80% - 100% (m/f).Your Tasks
- Independent management of a portfolio of commercial properties on the owner side
- Preparation of rental contracts and amendments, obtaining information, telephone traffic and correspondence with tenants, craftsmen, and caretakers
- Issuing, coordinating, and monitoring craftsmen orders
- Coordination of simple building renovations, minor conversions, and refurbishments
- Control, processing, and recharging of creditor invoices
- Organization and execution of viewings, inspections, and handovers of residential and commercial properties
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training, federal specialist certificate as property manager
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a property manager, preferably of commercial properties
- You hold a category B driving license.
- High independence, flexibility, teamwork, and resilience
- Precise, efficient, and responsible way of working
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, competent and professional appearance
