Polymechanic as Shift Supervisor in Nicotine Pouch Production
Responsibilities
- Assume professional and personnel leadership of the team
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes including capacity and schedule management
- Ensure and optimise the efficiency of the tube pouch machines
- Monitor product quality and implement quality management measures
- Introduce and promote lean management and digitalisation measures
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in industrial production
- Solid technical know-how of tube pouch machines and automated systems
- Experience with lean methods, process optimisation, and digitalisation
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness with a team focus
- Strong awareness of quality, safety, and occupational health and safety
