  • Independent execution of metallographic examinations
  • Preparation of polished samples and capturing light microscopic images
  • Performing hardness measurements
  • Creating test reports and documentation
  • Assisting with damage analyses as well as production-accompanying tests - a diverse and exciting field of tasks From you we expect
  • Completed training as a materials or physics laboratory technician, metallographer or
materials tester
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in metallography
  • Profound knowledge of metallic structures and microstructure preparation techniques
  • Very good German skills, English is an advantage
  • High quality awareness and enjoyment in working with laboratory equipment
