As the central point of contact for our school, you take on an important hub function between pupils, parents, teachers, authorities, and school management. For the successor in our school office, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and reliable personality.

Your tasks

• Independent handling of diverse administrative tasks in school operations
• Friendly and competent information provision at the counter, by telephone, and by e-mail
• Supervision of various areas of school administration and administrative support for the school management
• Organisation and coordination of school events
• Maintenance and updating of the school website

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or equivalent education
• Very good German skills as well as good Romansh skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications and digital working tools
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented manner
• High reliability, sense of responsibility, and discretion
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholder groups
