HR Business Advisor (m/f/d)

• Advising and supporting line managers in a business unit on leadership and HR topics as well as on annually recurring HR processes
• Acting as a sparring partner for managers, e.g. during onboarding processes, reorganisations or in challenging situations
• Applying your sound knowledge of Swiss labour law in daily work
• Identifying HR needs of the line and implementing necessary measures as well as ensuring the required services
• Participating in project teams and interdisciplinary groups on HR topics and contributing your experience in HR matters as well as your digital affinity

• Completed further training in the HR field or a university degree with an HR focus
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in the financial sector
• Sound advisory competence in collaboration with managers and employees
• Ability to keep an overview in a dynamic environment and remain calm in challenging situations
• Initiative, drive and a structured way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
