You accompany young adults on their path into the professional world and enable them to receive a solid, practical apprenticeship. As the central contact person, you connect apprentices, practical trainers, parents and schools and ensure a smooth flow of information. With your commitment, you ensure a high quality of training and continuously develop the profession of Facility Management Specialist.

Your Tasks

• Recruitment & Support: Responsibility for selection, advice and promotion of apprentices
• Training Quality: Ensuring and continuously developing a contemporary training model
• Concept & Project Work: Developing concepts and actively supporting projects
• Deployment Planning: Planning and coordinating the assignments of apprentices; setting up and operating the learning lab
• Internal Training: Conducting practical training sessions as part of practical assignments
• Implementations & Projects: 10–20% for cross-departmental implementations and project work

Your Profile

• Completed Professional Qualification: Janitor with federal professional certificate, further training HFP (FM Manager/Janitor) as well as vocational trainer
• Strong Social Skills: Empathetic, strong communication skills and assertive
• Concept and Development Competence: Experience in concept work and enthusiasm for further developing training
• Advisory Experience: Resource- and solution-oriented support of apprentices and trainers
• Innovation and Knowledge Management: Familiar with creativity and innovation techniques as well as structured knowledge management
• Conflict Resolution Confidence: Confident in dealing with challenging situations
