What you will do with us

You carry out maintenance and repair work on buildings
You conduct inspection rounds in and around the building as well as on the roofs
You assist with outdoor work and snow removal
You take care of the maintenance and care of the locking system, including door locks and door closers
You supervise external craftsmen during their assignments in the building
You take over the porter’s duties including staffing the porter’s lodge, receiving visitors and suppliers, as well as operating the fire alarm control panel and camera system
