Technical Collaborator German/French 80-100% Fixed-term Contract (M/F/D)

Technical Collaborator German/French 80-100% Fixed-term Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and monitor decision projects as well as keep minutes of meetings
• Ensure notification of decisions, administrative follow-up and financial management of processed files
• Control compliance with rendered decisions, carry out necessary on-site inspections and ensure follow-up of prescribed measures
• Work closely with state services, municipal administrations and advise municipalities in the field of construction
• Follow up on information, complaints and inspections related to constructions in collaboration with the various concerned bodies
• Process habitation permit applications, verify conformity of completed works and prepare reports as well as necessary decisions
• Represent the Cantonal Construction Commission during site visits, technical meetings and encounters with cantonal and municipal authorities
• Process building permit files submitted to the Cantonal Construction Commission, from public inquiry to preparation of decision projects

Profile

• Holder of a EPF/HES Architect diploma, a Federal Diploma of Construction Site Manager (building) or a Federal VET Diploma as Architectural Draughtsperson, a building safety training certificate is an asset
• Proven experience in a role related to processing
  building permit files, architecture,
  site management or construction site supervision
• Excellent command of German (level C2) and basic knowledge of French (minimum A2)
• Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating effectively with different partners and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of legislation applicable to constructions outside building zones, as well as excellent ability to analyse and check construction and execution plans
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
