Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the operational HR area
- Support of the entire employee lifecycle (entry to exit)
- Processing of all personnel administration including contract management
- Responsibility for statutory HR notifications as well as interface to authorities and insurance companies
- Maintenance of the time recording system and preparation of payroll-relevant data
- Contact person for employees on all personnel-related topics
- Support of the CEO in personnel-related tasks & projects

Your profile
- Completed training in the HR field (e.g. HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in the finance or asset management industry
- Confident handling of HR-relevant reporting systems and administrative processes
- Independent working style, high sense of responsibility and discretion
- Experienced, professional handling of different employees and stakeholders
- Very good German skills, English is an advantage
