- Your colleague carries the specialist responsibility and mainly takes care of strategic topics, you are responsible for the operational HR day-to-day business.

Your tasks:
- You take over the complete HR administration: contract design, changes, references, exits, documentation and filing as well as time recording from A to Z.
- You can competently and confidently answer labour law questions from employees and managers.
- You independently analyse existing HR processes, identify optimisation potential, and implement improvements.
- Digitalisation and efficiency are important to you.
What distinguishes you:
- HR professional certificate (or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in operational, administrative HR in Switzerland, ideally in an SME or comparable environment.
- You are proficient in labour law topics and have solid basic knowledge of salary and social insurance.
- You work independently, are not easily unsettled, are reliable, and do not need instructions for standard tasks.
- You love questioning, optimising, and making processes more efficient.
- You have a strong sense for people and bring good vibes.
- You tackle things, create clarity, and remain calm even during changes.
