As a company of the Cerbo Holding with a total of over 45 employees, Bertozzi Energieplanung AG (BEP) provides challenging real estate services for public and private builders and institutions. We manage building construction, infrastructure, and energy supply projects from the initial idea to turnkey handover.

As a project manager, you accompany new construction and renovation projects of our clients in all phases. You manage the projects in the planning and implementation phases in a goal-oriented manner until completion. We often act as general planners on behalf of the end customer and user. In our projects, you take on a central role as project manager. In the project-specific environment of our building technology sector, you are the competent contact for all questions related to the heating area. Topics such as renewable energies, energy efficiency, and economic viability play a central role in our projects. You capture customer needs, review solution options, and independently organize the execution of your projects.

You have a BUILDING TECHNOLOGY PLANNER*IN HEATING EFZ and possibly a degree from a HF (Higher Technical School) or FH (University of Applied Sciences) in the field of building technology and/or energy and already have several years of professional experience in building construction.

You know the building technology industry from your experience as a building technology project manager and have an integral understanding of all disciplines and processes relevant in this area. You enjoy coordinating and organizing projects with multiple project participants.

Besides pure building technology, you are also interested in all other processes and workflows of a building construction project and are eager to acquire further skills and take on additional tasks in client consulting. Professional experience in Switzerland is another requirement for this position.
