Who we are
In the centre of Russikon (Rosengasse 8), three municipalities provide 32 single care rooms with balconies. We offer residents with varying care and support needs a personalised, warm-hearted, and safe home with privacy. Additionally, 23 retirement apartments for largely independent seniors are available in two multi-family houses in the village centre. (see www.rosengasse.ch ).

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Services Employee to start immediately or by arrangement, who wishes to actively contribute to the quality of life of our residents.

Your profile
- Completed training as a domestic specialist EFZ or domestic practitioner EBA / professional experience in hotel services
- Independent, reliable & careful working style & willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Team spirit, flexibility & sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B1)
- Humour & attention to detail
Your tasks
- Independent care & organisation of the dining room in daily operations including breakfast, lunch & evening service as well as assistance with internal & external events
- Support in cleaning residents' rooms and public areas
- Assistance in the laundry (washing, folding and distributing laundry)
- Ensuring cleanliness, order & a pleasant atmosphere in the house
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with kitchen, care & the hotel services team
