- Technical support and optimisation of injection moulding processes from sampling to series production
- Planning, execution and evaluation of tool sampling, process trials and qualifications
- Development and optimisation of process parameters with the aim of a stable, efficient and reproducible series production
- Analysis of process and quality data as well as identification and implementation of measures to improve process stability, cycle times and rejects
- Systematic analysis and resolution of process and quality problems in the injection moulding process
- Support of production start-ups and technical changes as well as assistance in transferring new products into series production
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Your profile
- Degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of practical experience in plastic injection moulding and a good understanding of injection moulding processes and tool technology
- Experience in process optimisation, fault analysis and systematic root cause analysis
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of working with different departments
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of common automotive quality requirements and experience in the automotive series environment is an advantage
