The Reitmen Secondary School is one of two secondary schools in Schlieren. Kindergartens and primary classes are also housed in the same school building. The schools in Schlieren are QUIMS schools.

To strengthen our team, we are looking from 1 August 2027 for a committed, empathetic

Teacher in School Special Education, 14 lessons per week,

who accompanies and supports our pupils with joy and professional competence.

Your main tasks

• Assessment and evaluation of individual support needs within the framework of integrative support (IF)
• Creation, implementation and review of individual support plans
• Individual support, encouragement and challenge of our pupils
• Active collaboration and professional exchange within the special education team
• Close cooperation with class and subject teachers, school social work (SSA), class assistants (KA), parents and school management
• Participation in internal school meetings, exchange forums and further training

Your profile

• EDK-recognised diploma in School Special Education or currently undergoing the corresponding training
• Enjoy working with young people and accompany them with appreciation, patience and a positive attitude
• Committed, empathetic and reliable personality who performs their work with enthusiasm
• You bring openness, resilience and flexibility and appreciate teamwork
• You proactively shape everyday school life and like to contribute your own ideas
