Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
- Management and maintenance of our property portfolio
- Regular inspections and checks of the properties
- Drafting of rental contracts and coordination of tenant changes
- Responsible for budget planning and reporting
- Collaboration with external providers and authorities
Qualifications:
- Qualification as a property manager or as a clerk in property management
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German skills, additional language skills advantageous
