To strengthen our team in the Assembly department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Team Leader Assembly (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsible tasks include, among others:

• Organisational and professional leadership of a team of around 10 employees
• Planning, controlling and monitoring of production orders as well as ensuring timely completion
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, productivity and safety requirements
• Active participation in day-to-day operations
• Continuous optimisation of production processes regarding quality, efficiency and costs
• Promotion and further development of team members

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in industrial metal processing or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Leadership personality with a strong team orientation, assertiveness and pronounced quality awareness
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
