Group Leader Agogics - Gardening 80% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position by arrangement
Your tasks
- Accompany a group of employees and trainees with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support them individually within the work agogic framework
- Maintenance and care of private gardens, green spaces and parks
- Versatile maintenance tasks: upkeep, minor repairs, comprehensive care, winter service
- Collaboration in the expansion of the training branch Technology & Maintenance / Maintenance EFZ (in cooperation with our internal T&U)
- Various administrative tasks including professional documentation in the client information system
Your profile
- Completed EFZ training: gardener, landscape gardener, specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (maintenance) or equivalent
- Enjoyment in agogic work with trainees and people with disabilities
- You have a sense of humour and remain calm and solution-oriented even in demanding situations
