What you can achieve
- Responsible for the administrative admission of all patients in the emergency department
- Telephone and counter service in a 24-hour shift operation
- Competent reception of patients and visitors
- Providing partly demanding information and forwarding calls
- Calling in on-call doctors, nursing staff, and other personnel on behalf of the departments within the University Hospital
What you bring with you
- Commercial training (3-year apprenticeship) or comparable education
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role in healthcare, hospitality, or a service company
- Proficient in the use of MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as very good English and French skills are required; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (Saturday/Sunday as well as night shifts)
- Service-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality with high flexibility and an independent, structured way of working
