Job Description
Your main tasks are as follows:- Recruit: Find, select and attract construction personnel
- Acquire: Gain new clients and further develop existing client relationships
- Prepare: Train employees and equip them according to your clients’ requirements
- Organise: Coordinate assignments between clients and employees – including all administrative tasks
- Support: First point of contact for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances and administrative matters
- Build: Develop and maintain a strong pool of employees for assignments in large projects
We expect
- You have a completed EFZ qualification in construction or a related field
- German at native level as well as good knowledge of Italian, Spanish or Portuguese (mandatory) for communication with clients and employees
- An extroverted and team-oriented personality with the ability to quickly win people over
- You are from Bern, know the region well and impress with charisma and initiative
- You hold a driving licence to conduct client visits or employee support on site using the company vehicle provided
