Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)

SIGNAL AG is a full-service provider of signage solutions. Headquartered in Büren an der Aare, the company has around 280 employees distributed between the headquarters and 9 market areas across Switzerland.

To strengthen our internal sales team at the Sementina location, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic person to fill the role of:

Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d) – Employment level 80–100%

Your responsibilities:

· Customer consulting and handling requests and orders, both by phone and in writing

· Preparation and processing of quotes and invoicing

· Support for external salespeople in preparing offers and managing orders

· Monitoring and updating quotes in the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central)

· Entering and updating customer master data in the CRM system (Salesforce)

· Managing the centralized mailbox of the internal sales department

Your profile:

· Completed basic commercial training or equivalent qualification

· Solid experience in internal sales

· Excellent command of MS Office, as well as familiarity with CRM and ERP systems

· Active knowledge of German, both spoken and written

· Communicative personality, team-oriented, and with a strong sense of responsibility
