We are looking for a committed English-speaking co-educator for a mixed-age group at our Zugerstrasse location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Co-designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
• Support in documenting the development of the children using portfolios
• Co-designing a parenting partnership with the families
• Co-organizing excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Contributing to a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed education as FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
