Project Manager Renewable Energies (m/f/d)

Role:
As a Project Manager Energy, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of energy projects. You lead projects to implement and optimise energy systems and solutions to ensure energy efficiency and supply.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating energy projects, including planning, execution, and completion
- Creating and monitoring project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Managing all project phases, from initiation to acceptance and follow-up
- Coordinating with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and service providers to clarify project requirements and manage resources
- Conducting technical analyses, risk assessments, and cost-effectiveness evaluations for energy projects
- Monitoring project quality and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
- Communicating with management and reporting on project progress, results, and challenges
- Identifying and implementing optimisation measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience in managing energy projects at national and international levels
- Solid knowledge of energy efficiency, energy systems, and energy supply
- Experience with project management methods, risk management, and budget control
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Confident use of project management software and MS Office
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Europe
